Juarez Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a group of parents and teachers committed to supporting our students in ways that are both enriching and fun. We accomplish this through exciting in-school events and through engaging students with their families at school community events. We are led by an Executive Board of volunteers and managed by voting members.

It's time for the Juarez Elementary PTO Read-A-Thon!
The Read-A-Thon begins on Monday September 15, 2025 and ends Friday September 26th at Midnight.
Donations are not required to sign up or earn prizes for reading, this is a fun event for your children to get excited about READING!

The Read-a-Thon is a fundraiser with a goal of $5,000, which will go directly back to the school for field trips, teacher classroom grants, and Prizes! There will be many individual prizes and class prizes for both reading and earning.

Classroom Readers Wanted! Every day between 1pm and 230pm (except Wednesdays) for the entire 2 weeks of the Read-a-Thon:
We are looking for volunteers to read in the classrooms. Readers can be anyone—a mom, dad, a grandparent, or even a special guest such as the mayor or someone with an interesting career. If you (or someone you know) would like to participate as a classroom reader, please sign up using this link:

We understand that your time is valuable. We also know that providing the best education for your child is important. That's why we are encouraging everyone to activate their student's Read-A-Thon account as soon as possible. The instructions are straightforward, making it quick and hassle-free, and it should take less than 5 minutes of your time.
